Refund policy

At Shree Pankhwala, we take immense pride in the quality, purity, and hygiene of our A2 Bilona Ghee. Because our products are premium, consumable food items, we adhere to a strict No Return and No Refund policy.

Please read the following guidelines carefully before making a purchase.

🚫 1. All Sales Are Final (No Returns)

To maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been dispatched or delivered.

❌ 2. No Refunds

We do not issue refunds for any orders once they have been successfully processed and shipped. Refunds are strictly not applicable for delayed deliveries caused by courier partners or incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.

📦 3. Exception: Damaged or Incorrect Items

While we use heavy-duty, secure packaging for our glass jars, we understand that transit damages can rarely occur. We will gladly provide a free replacement (not a refund) under the following conditions:

How to claim a replacement:

  1. Do not accept the package if it is visibly severely damaged or leaking from the outside.

  2. If you open the package and find the jar damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  3. Email us at [Insert Email Address] or WhatsApp us at [Insert Phone Number] with your Order Number and clear photographs/videos of the damaged product and the shipping label.

  4. Once our team verifies the damage, we will dispatch a fresh replacement jar to you immediately at no extra cost.
