📦 1. Free Pan-India Shipping

We are delighted to offer 100% FREE shipping on all orders across India, regardless of the order size or weight. There are no hidden delivery fees at checkout.

⏱️ 2. Order Processing Time

• All orders are carefully packed and dispatched from our facility in Kolhapur, Maharashtra.

• We process and ship orders within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

🚚 3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time depends on your location:

• Maharashtra & Western India: 2 to 4 business days.

• Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata): 3 to 5 business days.

• Rest of India (North, South, East, and Tier 2/3 cities): 5 to 7 business days.

• North East India & Jammu/Kashmir: 7 to 10 business days.

As soon as your package is handed over to our courier partners, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and SMS containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real-time.

Since our premium ghee is traditionally packed in high-quality glass jars, we use rigorous, heavy-duty protective packaging to ensure it reaches you intact.

• In the rare event that your product arrives damaged or broken, please take a clear photo of the damaged package and the shipping label immediately.

Currently, we only ship within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
